Lillie Stoute is Kush Creative Centre's director.

 

She is a Dramatherapist, and has a background in Youth work, Social work and the Arts in the Criminal Justice System. For the past thirty years she has worked in the Social Care Sector.  

 

Lillie has worked with Clean Break Theatre Company, ITC, Camden Probation Service, Brixton Inclusive, LTF Support, Arts Depot, Sport at the Heart, London Playback Theatre Company and more.

 

Lillie is also a Playback Theatre actor with ten years experience of re-telling the stories of audiences locally and nationally.

 

She has specialised in working within the arts with socially excluded women and young people; she is thoroughly committed to providing a holistic, inclusive and accessible service that assists with the mental, physical and emotional health of our service users.

 

Lillie is supported by a board of trustees, Drama Applied Theatre and Education practitioners, Creative writers, Artists, Holistic health practitioners, Child development specialists, Members of the NHS and Volunteers.

Akosua Maynard 

 

We would like to congratuate Akosua on her new position as Kush Creative Centre's co-director

 

Akosua has a degree in both psychology & sociology and has 15 years of experience working in the social sector with and for children and families.

 

Her present role is that of Senior Practitioner - Challenging Support - in the borough of Southwark.

 

Akosua will shortly begin a post graduate diploma in Social Work.

 

She is enthused to work with Kush "The company ethos is inspiring, we need to look after our communities and work towards well being for all"
